I have been wearing the wrist and ankle weights for several weeks now. I wear them on my arms as well as on both legs. They are very comfortable to wear and can work their magic without you even thinking about them. At first I was worried that they would hinder the movement of my arms and hands. But that's not the case at all. I always forget that they are on my arms and legs. Of course, I take them off in the evening and marvel at how much weight they have put together. I think they're great!
