2.      Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the conditions for online sales of products offered by WEITNA—gym accessories—through its website www.weitna.com.

3.      Products

The products sold are muscle-strengthening accessories: ergonomic weighted bracelets patented in France and Europe. WEITNA offers a 5-year commercial warranty exclusively on the internal weight sleeve. After the 30-day withdrawal period, this warranty allows only for a product exchange or store credit, usable only on our website. No refunds are possible under this warranty. The external pouch is not covered but may be ordered separately. In case a product is unavailable, WEITNA will contact you to find the most suitable solution: either replacement with a product of equal or higher quality, or a full refund if no alternative is acceptable.

4.      Orders and Contract Formation

Any order placed on www.weitna.com implies full, unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the user. The contract is considered final once WEITNA sends the order confirmation to the user.

5.      Prices and Payment

Prices are in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT), excluding delivery fees.

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit card (via Monetico, CIC)
• PayPal (transaction fees covered by WEITNA, except in case of return)
• Alma (installment or one-time payment by credit card, with no commitment or hidden fees; conditions clearly stated at checkout)
• Cheques (only for in-person sales, cashed at end or beginning of the month)
• Bank transfers (only for in-person sales, cashed at end or beginning of the month)
• Cash (only for in-person sales, cashed at end or beginning of the month)

6.      Delivery

Indicative delivery times:

• France: 2 to 5 business days
• Europe: 2 to 7 business days
• International: 5 to 14 business days

Standard home or relay point delivery via Boxtal carriers (Mondial Relay, Chronopost, Colissimo, LaPoste Suisse, Delivengo).

Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. WEITNA cannot be held responsible for any charges imposed by local authorities. However, we are committed to supporting our customers in this process and will provide all necessary information to facilitate customs clearance for these muscle-strengthening accessories.

WEITNA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by transport providers.

7.      Right of Withdrawal and Satisfaction Guarantee

In accordance with the law, customers benefit from a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days, extended by WEITNA to 30 days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, but return shipping fees are fully covered by WEITNA via relay point.

Refund process:

• Contact us via email or contact form.
• Your request will be reviewed, and additional information may be requested.
• If return conditions are met, we will send you a return label to use. The item must be sent back in the original or similarly sized box.
• Upon receipt and inspection by WEITNA, the refund will be processed using the original payment method at the end or beginning of the following month.
• Returned product must be intact and complete.
• The internal weight sleeve must not be opened.
• Transaction fees related to PayPal and Alma are non-refundable (PayPal: 2.9% + €0.35, Alma: variable and displayed at checkout).

Return requests may be made via the online form, email, or telephone. Refunds will be issued after product verification.

8.      Commercial Warranty

WEITNA offers a 5-year commercial warranty exclusively on the internal weight sleeve. The outer cover may be ordered separately at a low cost. This warranty only covers defects in materials or premature wear under normal and proper use. If the bracelet is intentionally cut, damaged, or altered, WEITNA reserves the right to deny the exchange. Returned sleeves will be checked: the internal pieces must match the original quantity.

9.      Customer Service

10.  Liability

WEITNA cannot be held liable for any inconvenience, direct or indirect damages, or injury resulting from misuse or non-compliant use of the products. WEITNA weighted bracelets are not medical devices but muscle-strengthening accessories designed to support more active movement, muscle strengthening, and general well-being.

It is important to follow the instructions provided. If in doubt about proper usage, please contact us directly—we will take the time to carefully explain all functions and benefits of our products.

11.  Intellectual Property 

The WEITNA brand, its logo, its products (ergonomic weighted bracelets), and all content (texts, images, videos) displayed on www.weitna.com are protected by patents and trademarks in France and Europe. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, distribution, or commercial use—partial or full—is strictly prohibited and punishable under the French Intellectual Property Code. WEITNA reserves the right to take legal action in the event of any infringement.

12.  Personal Data

Collected personal data (name, surname, postal address, email, optional phone number) is used solely for processing orders, sending updates or promotional offers, and subscribing to the newsletter. Our GDPR policy complies with current French regulations, ensuring optimal protection of your personal data.

13.  Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. At WEITNA, we believe in honest, respectful exchanges between parties. In case of a dispute, we will always prioritize an amicable, fair, and thoughtful resolution before any legal proceedings.
